Analytics

We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Remarketing

This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site.

It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry.

We may use this data on an occasional basis to contact you with regard to following up on your original enquiry. If at any time, you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you can email us at any time with the subject line “stop”.

When we contact you

In accordance with GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), we may from time to time contact potential customers as part of our marketing . The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent. In certain circumstances we may otherwise process your personal data if we have a legitimate interest in doing so and we are not infringing any of your rights and freedoms.

We do this as part of our legitimate interest in marketing our business to targeted, prospective customers.
